Archives and Artefacts: An Introductory Manual for Educators is a user-friendly, introductory level handbook suitable for early years, middle years, and high school environments. Best practices for unique and cultural items opens the door to powerful feelings of pride, respect, custodianship, agency and creativity. A set of classroom activities augment the manual, and are adaptable to a wide range of learners, in a variety of community gatherings. It provides a platform for youth to explore local layers of knowledge and narratives, crucial elements for agency and cultural identity.
