Breastfeeding is a sacred life force. This video was produced for a segment in the presentation, Growing our Next Generation: An Indigenous Mom's Breastfeeding Experience by Vanda Fleury-Green. The event was coordinated by Melissa Brown and hosted by West Region Treaty 2 & 4 Health Services and the Department of Indigenous Services Canada - First Nations and Inuit Health Branch (FNIHB) in March of 2018. It was made public to promote the normalization of breastfeeding and celebrate the synergy between baby and mom.
