youth centered colloborations - The Word, streetz 104.7

The Word with Lady V was a 60 minute radio broadcast that aired daily, Monday - Friday on Streetz 104.7 in Winnipeg, MB. The program highlighted the voices and experiences of Winnipeg’s Indigenous and Inner-city youth. Working as host and co-producer, I coordinated and conducted over 350 live and pre-recorded interviews with a wide range of professionals, including youth, role models, activists, spoken word and visual artists, elders, knowledge keepers, students, academics, political leaders, athletes, musicians, and actors.
